Without a doubt, one of the biggest challenges that comes with being a photographer on a wedding day are the locations for photo shoots. Especially when it comes to areas the photographer has never been to before or didn’t get a chance to check out before the big day. Jodene and Richard had taken the initiative to do their own location scouting for their big day and I was pleasantly surprised to hear about their choices: a baseball arena, an old barn area, and a walk through downtown Okotoks. Working with their group on the big day made it very easy to utilize these fun locations, and we had a lot of time to get a lot of great shots (and laughs along the way). :)
