The weather threatened to cancel the planned engagement session with Kinga and Bill, and I’m so glad we decided to go ahead with it anyway. We are fortune to live just over an hour’s drive away from the beautiful mountains, and I was certain we would even make rain work if it came to it. Thankfully, Kinga and Bill were totally on board one way or another. On our car ride to the mountains together, we spoke about many things… even down to the types of diets we were eating (probably much to the dismay of Bill). It was really awesome to connect with Kinga and Bill during that car ride to Canmore. I love how Kinga affectionately refers to Bill as ‘Billy’. :)
The mountains did not disappoint. Let’s be honest, they hardly ever do. It was a gorgeous day-end in June for this session and we went a bit into overtime to get the perfect sun setting. Especially that sunset photo over the mountain while at Quarry Lake – we got there in the nick of time to capture it! Thank you so much, Kinga and Bill, for your time! I can’t wait to share their wedding with you.
